A new way of installing OSB panels on wooden ceilings, joists and floors. Perfect for attic renovation and attic adaptation. The system is designed for renovating old buildings with wooden ceilings. Śruboklin is a simple, fast and precise system to install. The boards are installed directly on the floor beams, provided that their surface is hard and show no signs of decay, in a condition that allows for the installation of śruboklins. NOTE: The system must not be used on wet, damp floor beams - wood must be dry. This excludes the use of a wooden structure that raises the level of the boards to be installed and positively affects forest management. The boards are to be installed in place of the old, dismantled floor. With such a installation we avoid: shortening of room doors, conversion of built-in furniture, stairs, entrance doors or balcony doors. The system allows to correct the installation throughout its duration. It is extremely important that the next time you change the panels/parquet, you have the possibility to adjust the floor.

Śruboklin is a set of items for installation of OSBs

Set of items: flange bushing
A sleeve with a flange on which a threaded plate is supported from the inside, which is forced into the drilled holes. Drill the holes with a drill for wood or metal one millimetre smaller than the diameter of the sleeve.
Set of items: cylindrical piece
Śruboklin is a cylindrical item threaded from outside where the hole is located. Use it to move the board to the desired position.
Set of items: profiled washer
The profiled washer is 1.2 mm thick and fits perfectly into the panel , which are 2 to 5 mm thick, and when glued, the thickness of the applied glue is similar.
Set of items: hardened wood screw
Hardened wood screw, to which we screw all the item together with the board to the floor beam.
The item is not included in the set, it should be provided by the customer.

The holes on the board must be drilled vertically, therefore for the installation of the śruboklin you should make the guide by yourself, using two pieces of the board, screwed together. The holes must be drilled on a table drill with a drill 1 mm smaller than the diameter of the flanged sleeve. This will allow us to make a drill easily and install the sleeve correctly.

Plates

For the installation, we use OSBs with the tongue-and-groove joint, thickness of 22 mm or 25 mm, depending on the spacing of the floor beams. Board width 625 or 675 mm The model on the instructional video shows the floor beams spacing every 625 mm, plates with a length of 2500 mm.
ŚRUBOKLIN is pending a patent. Producing or selling without a licence will be prosecuted by law.
